The story is about a girl named Naranjina who ended up in the Rotterdam harbour some years ago. Because she had fallen into a ship with oranges as a child, she called herself Naranjina. She does not know where she comes from, or where her parents are. Together with her friends, the ‘kadekapers’, she tries to find the answers to this mystery, so she can finally be reunited with her parents.
